After receiving your order, we will ship the products within 7 days to 1 month if we have them in stock. The delivery time will vary depending on the quantity ordered.
Please note that there may be delays due to bad weather, delivery company reasons, or other reasons.
[Returned goods, defective goods, and cancellations]
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons.
We try to reproduce the actual product as much as possible in the product photos, but there may be slight differences in color, etc. depending on the device or monitor you are using, so we cannot accept returns (except for defective products) due to customer reasons such as a different image or color than expected. Please understand this in advance.
In the event that the product is defective or faulty, we will issue a refund due to the nature of the product and the difficulty of exchanging it.
[Return shipping charges]
In the event that an item is damaged or soiled upon arrival at the customer's location due to damage during shipping, or in the event that an item has been sent in error (wrong item), we will exchange or return the item at our expense.
[Defective products]
In principle, we do not accewpt exchanges or returns. However, if the initial defect occurs within 7 days from the date of delivery, we will replace the defective product after checking the actual product at our company and discussing the matter with you.

[Refund Method]
If you have paid by credit card, we will refund your money through your credit card company if it is within the refundable period.
If the refund period has expired, we will, in principle, transfer the amount equivalent to the returned merchandise to the bank account designated by the customer.
